Refund and Cancellation Policy
Julia’s offerings are intentionally designed as personalized, high-touch experiences. When you book a session or enroll in a program, dedicated time, preparation, and energetic support are reserved specifically for you. The following policies are in place to maintain clarity, fairness, and mutual respect for both your time and Julia’s.
If you need to cancel or request a refund, all requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are reviewed and issued in accordance with the terms outlined below and are not automatically generated. Once a private session, transformation session, reading, or transmission has taken place, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for refund.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. The policies below outline refund terms by service or program type.
Individual 1:1 Sessions
(Personal Sessions, Interdimensional Light Journeys, Intuitive Readings)
- Sessions must be used within 365 days of purchase.
- Refunds requested within 90 days (3 months) of purchase may be issued in full, provided the session has not been used.
- Refund requests made after 90 days may be issued minus an 18% service fee.
- After 365 days, any unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.
Bundles / Package Sessions
- Refunds requested within 90 days (3 months) will be prorated based on the current individual session rate for any sessions already used.
- After 90 days, unused sessions may be refunded based on the current individual session rate minus an 18% service fee.
- All bundle sessions must be used within 365 days of purchase.
- After 365 days, unused sessions expire and are non-refundable.
Special Events & Workshops
- Full refund available if requested at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable.
Group Transformation Program
The Group Transformation Program reserves a limited seat within a small, shared container. Your enrollment provides access to all five live sessions, group facilitation, and session recordings.
- If you choose to discontinue after the first session has taken place, 60% of the total program investment will be deducted from any refund issued.
• After two or more sessions have taken place, the program is considered substantially delivered and no refund will be provided.
Attendance & Recordings
All group sessions are recorded and shared with participants.
Live attendance is encouraged but not required. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you will receive the recording and any accompanying materials.
Because access to the content is provided whether or not you attend live, sessions are not rescheduled, repeated, or credited once they have taken place.
Personal Transformation & Mentorship Program
Refund, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Enrollment in the Mentorship Program reserves a limited space in a private, guided container and includes dedicated preparation, scheduling, and personalized support.
Refunds
- A full refund may be requested within 14 days of enrollment, provided no module or private session has been accessed or completed.
- Your first module or private session must be scheduled within 10 business days of enrollment and take place within 14 days to initiate the program.
- If cancellation occurs after 14 days but before the first module or session, a 12% non-refundable administrative deposit will be retained to honor preparation and reserved time.
- If you discontinue after your first completed module or session, 60% of the total program investment will be deducted from any refund issued.
- After two or more modules or sessions have been completed, the program is considered substantially delivered and no refund will be provided.
All refunds are calculated from the full program investment of $2,888, regardless of payment plan. Any remaining subscription payments will be canceled upon approved cancellation.
Mentorship Optional Add-On Sessions (Discounted)
If discounted sessions are purchased as part of your mentorship:
- Sessions may be used anytime within 365 days of purchase.
- Refunds for unused sessions requested after 60 days will be prorated based on the current individual session rate and subject to the applicable service fee.
