All content, materials, processes, teachings, frameworks, transmissions, journeys, written content, recordings, guided exercises, visual materials, artwork, energetic methodologies, and proprietary concepts provided through the Personal Transformation & Mentorship Program and the Group Transformation Program are the exclusive intellectual property of Julia Stubbe – The Galactic Channel and are protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to, all program materials and experiences delivered through written documents, digital downloads, worksheets, audio recordings, video sessions, live or virtual teachings, personal one-to-one mentorship sessions, session recordings or replays, guided or interdimensional Light Journey processes, channeled transmissions, symbolic or energetic frameworks, featured artwork, designs, graphics, and any audio or video content hosted on or linked through this website or related platforms (including embedded or external media such as YouTube), as well as any custom or individualized content created specifically for participants during private mentorship.
No portion of this program or its content may be copied, reproduced, recorded, transcribed, distributed, shared, displayed, taught, published, summarized, translated, adapted, sold, sublicensed, or repurposed in any form – whether digital, physical, recorded, or derivative – without the express prior written consent of Julia Stubbe.
Participation in this program grants the client a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Commercial use, teaching, facilitation, replication, redistribution, or creation of derivative works based on any program content, methodologies, sessions, artwork, or transmissions is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this intellectual property policy may result in immediate termination of program access without refund and may subject the violating party to legal action.

All mentorship sessions, personal sessions, transmissions, journeys, teachings, and shared personal insights are considered confidential and private in nature. By participating in the Personal Transformation & Mentorship Program and the Group Transformation Program, clients agree to honor the privacy, energetic integrity, and intellectual sovereignty of this work.
Clients may not record, duplicate, publish, screenshot, archive, or distribute any live or recorded session content, journeys, or transmissions without explicit written permission.
This container is designed to preserve the safety, confidentiality, and integrity of the transformational work being offered.
